Rehabilitation

At Paul’s Run, we understand and respect your need to return to your greatest level of independence after recovering from an illness, injury or surgery. As a short term rehabilitation patient, our licensed therapists focus on helping you recover successfully and returning home as quickly as possible.
Primary Services
Our qualified staff will coordinate with your physician to create a short term rehabilitation program depending on the therapies prescribed. Some of these therapies may include: speech therapy, occupational therapy, IV therapy or physical therapy. Our patients have therapy sessions available to them at least five days a week.
We will also monitor your progress through your treatment time at Paul’s Run and discuss any medical or discharge changes with you. These assessment, evaluations and consult sessions are available to our patients seven days a week.
After being discharged from an approved hospital stay, most insurance plans will cover an initial five-day stay in a skilled nursing facility and the necessary therapy services provided. As a rehabilitation program continues, most insurance providers will re-approve additional therapy sessions for a designated time period. Paul’s run rehabilitation services are covered by Blue Cross, Medicare and some HMO plans.
If you are scheduling an upcoming surgery, it’s important to verify with your personal insurance provider what your coverage is for hospital stays and acute-care settings like Paul’s Run.
