At Paul’s Run, our specially trained staff provides individualized care while encouraging the highest levels of independence. We understand that you will have questions about your new home. We want you to know that we will carefully listen to your questions and help you find the answers you need as we take the first steps of this transition with you.

When you require skilled nursing services, our team of professional nurses and therapists will provide 24-hour medical supervision.

Our Medicare-certified nursing facility offers:

• Long-term care with 24-hour medical supervision.

• Short-term rehabilitation with physical, occupational or speech therapy to prepare for the return home.

• Hospice care for individuals with terminal illness who require pain or symptom management in a warm, compassionate setting.

Primary Services

As a resident who needs long term care, you will receive 24-hour nursing care that is coordinated with your physician and follows an individualized care plan and ongoing health assessments. You will be encouraged to participate in our recreational and religious activities and may also receive counseling from our chaplain and social workers.
